The location

Aloha golf is a "members only´´ club, the second oldest and at the same time also one of the most popular clubs in Marbella's Golf Valley which counts no less than 6 renowned courses. Its elegant clubhouse is a favourite meeting place where you can also enjoy a drink or an excellent a la carte meal. 

The gardens of the residential complex merge seamlessly into Aloha's golf course.

Just a stone's throw away you will find a wide range of eateries, bars and restaurants as well as a pool club, 2 tennis clubs and a large 24/7 SuperCor supermarket. A little further still there are a large Mercadona supermarket, all kinds of shops and services, a medical centre and the large Centro Plaza shopping mall which comprises a Supersol supermarket, several restaurants, bars and amenities.

From here it is only a few additional minutes’ walk to the trendy and very popular "La Sala" restaurant-bar which offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, live music every day and occasional special concerts. On the opposite side of the road is the posh and trendy Breathe restaurant-gastrobar "Breathe".

A stone's throw away from La Sala and Breathe is Puerto Banus, home to Marbella's famous marina, a large El Corte Ingles department store (the 2nd largest department store in Spain), dozens of restaurants, shops and designer boutiques.

The beaches of Puerto Banus are lined with several trendy beach clubs and a very pleasant  walking and cycling promenade which leads to the Golden Mile and the centre of Marbella in easterly direction and to San Pedro in westerly direction.

The location of the complex is its strongest advantage. Everything is within walking distance but if you don´t like to walk, the bus stops right at your doorstep. By car it is only a few minutes to drive to one of the larger public car parks in Puerto Banus.

The complex

The complex is gated and - as was rather the rule than the exception in the first generation of urbanisations in Marbella – large and spacious.

It comprises:
A gently sloping communal garden, with the apartment blocks located in the most elevated part. They enjoy beautiful views over the lush green oasis of the complex and the golf course, with the La Concha mountain peak present on the horizon.
In the lower part of the garden, tucked away amidst the green lawns, a beautiful swimming pool invites you to take a refreshing dip.
The complex enjoys a tennis and paddle tennis court.
One can park freely in the carports.

The residences

All apartments have 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 or 3 bathrooms.

Most of the apartments enjoy beautiful views.

A residential block consists of a garden apartment with a partly covered terrace and an upper floor apartment, also with a partly covered terrace.

Some homes have been partially or completely renovated, others are waiting patiently for a new owner to provide them with a contemporary interior that will surpass their former glory.

The apartments are reasonably priced. Given the coveted location, many owners receive  a generous rental income.

Considering the popularity of this complex, it is not surprising that , out of a total of 104 apartments, there are never many for sale. This goes for most other complexes in this sector of the golf course.
